If you have an American Express card you can get a free credit score and report by going to www.americanexpress.com/creditreport.

You’ll have to pick a new username and password so that you will be able to view your credit score and report again in the future.

The credit score you get, however, is really something called a PLUS score derived by Experian.  But it should correspond to a real credit score.

You’ll need to qualify for this service from American Express so this might be hit or miss.
